These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the SoftNovas website between the operating company and any person making a purchase.

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, minimal variations may exist.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
SoftNovas reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied is that in effect at the time of the order.

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
SoftNovas reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- Dispute with the customer
- Suspicion of fraud
- Incorrect information
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payments are secured via the providers used by Shopify.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
SoftNovas cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

9. Liability
SoftNovas cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of the product.
